About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing complex product design work for enterprise software, particularly in security and data visualization.
* Lead end-to-end product design processes, from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design;
* Partner closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions;
* Design intuitive interfaces for technical tools and SaaS products, focusing on usability, scalability, and performance;
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and optimize user experience;
* Mentor junior designers and provide design critique and feedback within the team;
Requirements
* Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles;
* Experience working in agile development environments with strong collaboration skills;
* Strong portfolio showcasing complex product design work for enterprise software, especially in security, data visualization, or technical tools;
* Deep expertise with design tools like Figma, FigJam, and prototyping tools such as Framer or Principle;
* Solid understanding of user flows, interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy for B2B software;
* Full professional proficiency in English (verbal and written), with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale and collaborate with international teams;
