Business Development Manager
Key account managers play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for businesses by developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. As a business development manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, and fostering account growth.
About the Role
* Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and foster account growth.
* Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories.
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
* Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
* Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services.
Qualifications
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills, thriving in the creation and maintenance of successful long-term commercial relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
* Experienced with proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
* Solid experience and commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries.
* Commercially good knowledge of business for B2B, as well as new business segments and models.
* Project management skills.
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages is required. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
