Main Responsibilities
* Lead and own the full software development life cycle (SDLC) of Salesforce projects
* Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
* Design and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform
* Manage offshore team and support existing Salesforce applications
* Provide technical leadership to junior developers
Requirements
* Proven experience leading Salesforce projects through the full SDLC
* Expertise in Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce, SOAP/REST APIs, and Salesforce declarative tools
* Strong background in Salesforce Vlocity development
* Experience managing offshore teams and supporting existing Salesforce applications
Working Conditions
* Full-time contract or freelance
* 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday
