Job Purpose
Ensure efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement of processes related to the Procure-to-Pay cycle, guaranteeing that policies, procedures, and internal controls are properly applied and aligned with corporate guidelines and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Map, document, and review processes and procedures within the PTP area (purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and payments);
Ensure compliance with internal policies, tax regulations, and legal standards;
Monitor performance indicators and propose improvements to optimize processes;
Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and necessary evidence;
Develop and update manuals, workflows, and work instructions;
Act as a reference point for clarifying doubts regarding processes and policies;
Identify operational risks and propose preventive and corrective controls;
Collaborate with partner areas (Procurement, Accounting, Tax, IT) for integration and process improvement;
Participate in digital transformation and automation projects within the PTP area.
Experience Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
Previous experience in PTP processes or financial areas is desirable.
