Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Regulatory Research Expert. This fully remote role focuses on researching and tracking global trade regulations across LATAM and North America.
1. Monitor and maintain up-to-date awareness of legislative and regulatory changes in assigned countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Track global trade compliance regulations, including customs duties, export controls, sanctions, tariff updates, and other relevant requirements across jurisdictions.
3. Interpret, analyze, and document new or amended legislation in a centralized repository with high precision and clarity.
SAP GTS Alignment
1. Research and provide insightful analysis relevant to SAP GTS (v11 or similar), supporting product specialists on topics such as Export Control & Licensing, Import Control & Market Access, Sanctions & Restricted Party Compliance, Customs & Tariff Management, Trade Agreements & Origin Management, Regulatory Reporting & Declarations, Product & Classification Compliance.
2. Collaborate with business analysts and fellow researchers to validate findings and ensure consistency.
