Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Program Management Lead to oversee complex, strategic programs and drive successful outcomes across delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement. This role requires strong leadership, risk management expertise, and the ability to align programs with organizational and account-level objectives while contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Strategic Leadership
* Lead and manage large, complex programs aligned with organizational and client objectives
* Drive program execution excellence across multiple workstreams and teams
* Ensure delivery outcomes meet quality, compliance, and business expectations
Stakeholder Management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and client leadership
* Manage expectations through transparent communication and proactive engagement
* Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and key account stakeholders
Risk, Crisis & Governance Management
* Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks proactively
* Lead crisis management efforts and implement contingency plans when required
* Establish and enforce robust project and program governance frameworks
* Monitor compliance with standards, processes, and audit requirements
Leadership & Team Development
* Mentor and guide program managers and project leads
* Build high-performing, delivery-focused teams
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
Business Growth & Account Management
* Support pursuit and proposal management activities in collaboration with sales teams
* Engage in account management and account mining to identify growth opportunities
* Analyze account performance and recommend expansion strategies
Executive Reporting
* Provide regular program status updates to executive leadership
* Report on risks, issues, opportunities, and mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience in Program Management / Large-Scale Project Delivery
* Proven experience managing complex, multi-stream programs
* Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
* Demonstrated expertise in risk management and governance frameworks
* Experience working with sales, pursuits, and account growth initiatives
* Ability to lead, mentor, and scale program management teams
Preferred Skills
* PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or similar certifications
* Experience in enterprise or consulting environments
* Strong financial and account management acumen
