About the company
Mitev Consulting is a boutique consulting practice focused on helping organizations design and deliver scalable digital asset management (DAM), content marketing platforms (CMP), and content operations systems.
We work at the intersection of data, content, and systems. Our projects involve structuring information, modeling domains, designing user workflows, metadata and taxonomies, and supporting the implementation and adoption of digital content platforms.
We collaborate closely with our clients, combining analytical rigor with practical delivery to help them move from fragmented content landscapes to well-structured, usable systems.
Our work spans digital content management, and broader content operations initiatives, across platforms such as Sitecore Content Hub, Aprimo, and Orange Logic.
Job description
As a Business Analyst you will support the delivery of digital content platforms by turning discovery insights into structured content models, metadata frameworks, taxonomy structures, content inventories, role security and permission models, documentation, and implementation assets.
You will work across discovery, design, implementation, pilot, and adoption phases, collaborating closely with the Principal Consultant to translate client workshops, discussions, and user insights into practical delivery outputs such as data models, schemas, metadata audits, process maps, and future-state workflows that shape how client platforms are designed and used.
You enjoy working with structured information and understanding how people interact with systems. You are comfortable handling complex data models and spreadsheets, basic entity relationships, and evolving datasets, while also being curious about usability, workflows, and friction points. You work effectively in a lean consulting environment and contribute to building clear, repeatable ways of working.
