IT Support Specialist Opportunity
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide remote computer and IT system support for employees, utilizing excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
This role requires the ability to work independently or as part of a larger team, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and excellent customer satisfaction.
* Analyze issues and develop effective solutions
* Troubleshoot system, application, and hardware issues
* Ensure customers are informed of ticket progress
* Work remotely with customers to resolve problems
* Utilize internal knowledge bases to provide and find solutions to known issues
* Use external information to research and resolve issues when needed
* Consistently update ticket tracking systems with status and fixes
* Properly escalate issues to necessary parties as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The following qualifications and skills are essential:
* Associate's degree student in Information Systems or equivalent program, or proven track record of IT experience required
* Desired qualifications and skills include:
o Knowledge delivering IT solutions within a corporate environment
o Experience working in mixed Mac and Windows environments
o Experience in the Advertising and/or Marketing industry preferred
o Experience in centrally managed computer environments
o Experience supporting A/V environments not required but is a plus
