Web Development Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled Web Development Consultant to join our team. This role will blend hands-on JavaScript development and full-stack exposure with client-facing consulting.
In this position, you will lead and coach clients to deliver interoperable software solutions using io.Connect Software Platform Suite.
* Develop and prototype JavaScript/interop-based solutions, including proof-of-concepts, to address client use cases and workflows
* Advise clients on technical strategy, architecture, and implementation of interoperable systems using modern web framework
* Collaborate with clients' teams to assess needs, lead projects, coach developers, and ultimately align businesses with IT
* Assist clients in the building and maintenance of complex front-end applications, such as dashboards and interactive platforms, for professional users
* Liaise with internal teams (Product Engineering, Sales, Support, Client Success) to ensure project success
* Deliver presentations and engage in live client interactions, improvising as needed to address challenges
Your profile:
* 5+ years of experience in front-end or full-stack development including modern JavaScript (ES6+)
* Hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks (preferably React), including responsive design, state management, and component testing
* Familiarity with TypeScript or other programming languages (e.g., .NET, Java, Python, C++)
* Proficiency with asynchronous programming (Promises, async/await), Node.js, and version control systems (e.g., Git)
* Experience in enterprise environments with established mechanisms for governance, CICD, and other systematic approaches for managing horizontal scale
* Strong client-facing experience with excellent verbal and written English fluency
* Experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, or B2B presales/account management
* Established skills in discovery, design thinking, or business analysis.
* Proven ability to deliver projects under pressure in collaboration with client IT organizations
* Background in capital markets, institutional trading, or financial services technology would be considered as a plus
* Willingness to work during U.S. Eastern Time (ET) business hours and ability to travel occasionally to the US
