What You'll Do? As BD Manager, you will own the full commercial cycle for UniUni's cross-border logistics business in your market (Brazil or Mexico): Drive new business acquisitionacross cross-border e-commerce sellers, platforms, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners shipping into and out of LATAM. Design and sell tailored end-to-end solutionscovering first-mile pickup, international line-haul (air/sea), customs clearance, and last-mile delivery. Build and scale a local partner network, including last-mile carriers, customs brokers, bonded warehouses, and fulfillment partners. Own the full sales cycle— prospecting, solution design, pricing, contract negotiation, signing, onboarding, and payment collection. Develop strategic accountswith high-volume cross-border sellers and platforms, positioning UniUni as their long-term logistics partner. Provide market intelligenceon competitors, pricing trends, customs/regulatory updates, and customer demand to inform global product strategy. Represent UniUniat industry events, e-commerce conferences, and seller community gatherings.What We're Looking For? 6+ years of experiencein B2B sales / business development withincross-border logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, last-mile delivery, or international freight forwarding. Proven hunter mindset— track record of acquiring new enterprise / mid-market clients from zero and consistently exceeding revenue targets. Deep understanding of the cross-border e-commerce ecosystemin Brazil and/or Mexico, including key sellers, marketplaces (Mercado Libre, Amazon, Shopee, Magalu, etc.), customs frameworks (e.g.,Remessa Conformein Brazil,IMMEX / Section 321dynamics in Mexico), and last-mile landscape. Strong existingnetwork with cross-border sellers, freight forwarders, and last-mile partnersin your market. Commercial maturity — comfortable with pricing models, P&L conversations, and structured negotiation. Fluent in Portuguese (Brazil) or Spanish (Mexico) AND English. Mandarin is a strong plus. Self-starter, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous, market-entry environment. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
