We measure results.Your MissionBuild the largest and most trusted global community in email deliverability.Not a Slack group.Not a newsletter.A real ecosystem where professionals learn, share, connect, and grow.What You Will Build- A thriving private community (Slack / Circle / platform of your choice)- Programs that turn users into loyal advocates- Relationships with agencies, ESPs, and industry experts- Events, webinars, office hours, and meetups- Educational initiatives and certifications- Feedback loops between customers and product- Ambassador and partner programs- A sense of belonging around the Warmy brandYou will own the community vision from zero to global scale.What You Will Do- Define and execute Warmy’s community strategy- Recruit and onboard high-value members- Create engagement systems and rituals- Launch and run events (virtual and in-person)- Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams- Identify industry influencers and partnerships- Turn community insights into growth opportunities- Measure engagement, retention, and advocacy metrics- Be the public face of the community when needed/Who You Are- 4+ years building or managing communities (SaaS, tech, or professional communities preferred)- Naturally social and relationship-driven- Comfortable speaking publicly and hosting events- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills- High ownership mentality- Entrepreneurial mindset — you create opportunities- You enjoy helping people succeed- You move fast and learn fastIf you love spreadsheets more than people, this is not your role.KPIs That MatterWe are a KPI-driven company.
