Delivery Program Lead
Manage key projects across technological tracks, fostering collaboration and driving customer satisfaction. Ensure regular updates to stakeholders, conduct business reviews, and achieve project milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with technology teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
2. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure project scope is well understood and documented.
3. Lead teams, work with a program management office for quality control, and act as delivery point of contact for customers.
4. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring service level agreements and avoiding penalties.
5. Drive process improvements to enhance project delivery methodologies.
Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, experience in software development project management, and strong leadership and team management skills.
