About the Role
We are seeking a highly specialized and skilled Senior Motion Designer, Digital Creative to join our marketing team. This role is crucial for maintaining the visual excellence and technical quality of our brand across all advertising platforms. The position demands expert proficiency in video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design, with a primary focus on end‑to‑end production of short‑form video and rich media assets.
You will be responsible for translating brand guidelines and marketing concepts into visually stunning, high‑quality digital content. The ideal candidate will be an expert in the Adobe motion workflow, understand dynamic ad formats, and possess exceptional attention to detail to ensure flawless creative execution across all channels.

How you'll make an impact
Video Production & Motion Graphics (Primary Focus)
End-to-End Production: Architect, edit, and produce high-volume short‑form video assets (vertical and horizontal) for paid social (Meta, TikTok), YouTube, and programmatic channels.
Advanced Motion Design: Design and execute complex motion graphics, animated sequences, and rich media assets in After Effects to communicate messaging and enhance visual storytelling.
Editing & Finishing: Manage the complete video workflow efficiently, including editing, sound design, color correction, and final high-fidelity export for various platform specifications.
Digital Asset Quality & Design
Cross-Channel Asset Creation: Conceptualize and produce supporting static images, carousels, and visual graphics that maintain rigorous brand consistency across all digital display platforms.
Rich Media / HTML5: Maintain working knowledge of HTML5 / Rich Media ad specifications and be capable of preparing or adapting animated assets for dynamic ad deployment.
Creative Alignment: Collaborate closely with digital marketing managers, copywriters, and strategists to develop creative concepts that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
Workflow & Project Management
Project Oversight: Manage multiple concurrent creative projects from concept to final delivery, utilizing Monday.com or similar platforms to track project timelines, coordinate dependencies, and ensure all internal and external deadlines are met.
Presentation: Present design concepts and rationale clearly to both the internal team and stakeholder partners.
Experience you'll bring
Experience focused heavily on video production, motion graphics, and rich media design for digital platforms.
Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro (required). Strong proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator for supporting asset preparation.
Video Workflow: Proven experience managing the full video production workflow from storyboard through final export, specializing in short‑form digital advertising (e.g., Reels, YouTube Shorts).
Design Fundamentals: Expert knowledge of typography, color theory, layout principles, and brand guideline adherence for both static and motion design.
Web / Rich Media: Knowledge of building or adapting assets for HTML5 or dynamic ad platforms is required.
