Senior Internal Talent Advisor
We are looking for a Senior Internal Talent Advisor based in Brazil to join our team in a senior-level role within Talent Acquisition. This position serves as a strategic liaison between our Client and Randstad, requiring strong stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a background in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on recruitment and proven experience in client-facing roles.

Function: Strategic recruitment operations and client engagement
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact between Google and RSR, ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
Oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team (the pod), ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
Analyze operational data and identify trends to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
Influence and guide the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.
Present insights, updates, and reports to both internal and client-side leadership in a confident and compelling manner.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition.
Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms (e.g., Randstad, Adecco, Manpower), especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles .
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and clients.
Native Portuguese, Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a self-assured, professional presence.
Ability to analyze operational challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance and successful delivery.
