We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees, both onsite and remote.
The ideal candidate will provide timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices, serving as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS platforms.
* Deploy and integrate new productivity and collaboration tools, including project management (e.g., Teamwork, Jira, Trello), internal tool builders, and AI-driven solutions.
* Monitor and maintain endpoint security, including antivirus, firewalls, VPNs, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
* Assist with cloud infrastructure management, data backup, and disaster recovery planning.
* Conduct regular software updates, security patching, and vulnerability assessments.
* SUPPORT CYBERSECURITY INITIATIVES, INCLUDING EMPLOYEE SECURITY AWARENESS TRAINING AND INCIDENT RESPONSE.
About This Role
This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to train and support non-technical users. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of computer systems, networks, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is required. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900), or Google IT Support Professional Certificate are a plus.
