Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a multi-format content strategy, creating high-converting copy, and building repeatable workflows for efficient content repurposing.
About the Role
* Listen to internal podcast episodes and extract core insights to develop a multi-format content strategy.
* Write engaging copy for all repurposed assets, from captions to blog intros to hook-driven carousel copy.
* Create and document repeatable workflows for repurposing content efficiently across all platforms.
* Build and maintain SOPs and systems to streamline publishing, scheduling, and internal collaboration.
* Collaborate with design, social, and product teams to ensure content aligns with brand goals and business objectives.
* Track performance of content and continuously optimize distribution based on insights.
About You
* You have strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across formats and platforms.
* You have proven experience in content repurposing, especially turning long-form content into multi-format deliverables.
* You have a sharp understanding of content distribution strategy, including scheduling, hooks, CTAs, and platform best practices.
* You have solid marketing operations background; building and managing systems, SOPs, and content workflows.
* You are highly organized and self-directed with excellent attention to detail.
* You can work independently and take ownership of content pipelines end-to-end.
