Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years of experience managing software outsourcing projects, with expertise in personnel, time, and materials management, as well as budgeting.

* Excellent communication skills.
* Previous experience as a Software Engineer.
* Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
