What You’ll DoBuild and maintain our cross-platform Flutter app, with a tablet-first design and a slimmed-down phone experience.Develop and maintain back-end services using Node.js/TypeScript and PostgreSQL.Design and optimize APIs, schemas, and services for scalability and performance.Work closely with LATAM engineers and collaborate directly with data scientists who are experts in the field.Use agentic coding tools and modern AI-driven workflows to speed up development and improve quality.Ship features quickly and iterate based on user feedback.Contribute to technical discussions around architecture, performance, and scaling.✅ What We’re Looking For7+ years of total coding experience, with 2+ years in Flutter/Dart.Strong Flutter framework knowledge (state management, widgets, performance).Proficiency with Node.js/TypeScript for back-end development.Experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, queries, and performance optimization.Familiarity with Git workflows and Agile development.Comfortable reading, writing, and speaking technical English (at least medium level).⭐ Nice-to-HavesExperience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD.Knowledge of push notifications or background task handling.Prior work in healthcare or other regulated industries.
