Suas Principais Tarefas
Comply with all legal requirements, internal maintenance, health and safety procedures.
Execute the preventive maintenance plan for equipment, ensuring operational availability.
Identify equipment anomalies, raise materials and resources needed for planned correction.
Perform corrective maintenance when necessary, analyze failures, and implement solutions to avoid recurrence.
Prepare and update equipment maintenance plans.
Act in continuous improvement of mechanical systems and equipment.
Manage spare parts, repairs, and equipment revisions.
Participate actively in failure analysis of equipment with the maintenance team, executing actions to eliminate failures.
Requisitos Mínimos
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, lubricants; ability to read and interpret hydraulic diagrams and lubrication systems.
Experience in industrial mechanical maintenance.
Focus on 5S and continuous improvement.
Knowledge of SAP PM module.
Industrial metrology.

Knowledge in maintenance of rotating equipment, fans, reducers, gearboxes, pitman gears, pumps, and motors. Inspection and maintenance, laser alignment, and balancing.
Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of ropeways, trolley replacement, spools, cribs, and steel cables.
Knowledge in quality tools, ISHIKAWA, 5W+2H, Pareto law, and equipment failure analysis.
