As a Sales and Business Development Representative, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
* Business Development and Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients and industries to target, develop and execute outreach campaigns using email, phone calls, and social media, schedule and conduct virtual discovery meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our solutions.
* Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs, negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty, act as the main point of contact for prospective clients during the sales process, work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless handoff and excellent client onboarding experience.
* Market Representation and Brand Promotion: Represent us as a trusted partner for outsourced bookkeeping and tax services, participate in virtual networking events and webinars to connect with potential clients and partners, collaborate with the marketing team to develop content and campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.
* Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system, provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends, stay up to date on industry developments to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements
* A proven track record in sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or a similar role, preferably in professional services, accounting, or finance.
* Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone or video call.
* Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
* Strong ability to research and identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop targeted outreach strategies.
* Remote work experience, with the ability to manage time, priorities, and communication effectively without direct supervision.
* Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads and pipelines.
* A strong network of potential clients is an asset.
