Job Title: Senior Program Facilitator
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Program Facilitator. This role will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating major program events, managing the program calendar, and ensuring program-level cadence.
Main Responsibilities:
* Orchestrate major program events such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt.
* Manage the program calendar and ensure program-level cadence.
* Facilitate problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.
Coaching and Mentoring:
* Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in lean-agile principles.
* Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Risk and Impediment Management:
* Identify, track, and help resolve impediments and risks.
* Escalate critical issues to leadership when needed.
Flow and Value Optimization:
* Optimize the flow of value across the program.
* Help manage dependencies and architectural runway.
