Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our Operations Team. In this role, you will support research projects from kick-off through delivery, tracking timelines, costs, and participant engagement.
About the Role:
* Coordinate with Operations manager, UX researchers, and customers to develop project plans that meet client requirements, timelines, and business goals.
* Attend virtual client meetings and provide concise email updates on project status.
* Track budgets, costs, and timelines using Google Sheets, ASANA, or similar tools, and flag variances early.
* Guide and support cross-functional research project team members to keep tasks on track and aligned with study objectives.
* Monitor study execution to ensure research protocols are followed and high-quality data is collected, validated, and stored accurately.
* Collaborate with Panel Management team to confirm recruitment goals and monitor participant progress.
* Document best practices, FAQs, and template materials to streamline future projects.
* Log bugs or technical issues and escalate to the appropriate internal teams.
* Contribute ideas to improve internal processes and reduce manual effort, such as suggesting automations or integrations with product and engineering teams.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
* 2+ years of experience in project coordination, user-experience operations, research support, or related roles.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail and follow-through.
* Comfortable working independently in a distributed, rapidly changing environment.
* Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar productivity suites.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Demonstrated success supporting multi-phase projects or studies.
* Familiarity with JIRA, Trello, Asana, or other project-management tools.
* Exposure to user-experience research, market research, or technical product teams.
* Experience developing training materials, SOPs, or help content.
* Passion for continuous improvement and experimentation.
