You will lead the UK&I control testing team, developing a regional controls strategy and testing plan and ensuring accurate testing of controls across the business units.
This role is critical in ensuring that operational controls are effectively designed, implemented and functioning as intended.
You will report to the Director of Risk & Control Operations.What you'll be doing:Control Testing: Develop and execute control testing plans to evaluate the effectiveness of controls across the business, with appropriate consideration of 2LoD assurance activity.
