MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Under supervision, perform research on technology solutions in the market, provideIT technical supportrelated to the creation and/or updating ofdocumentation, procedures, and processeswith a standard company layout, monitor/process and direct tickets in the queue, install and maintain hardware and software, provide guidance onbacking up user data,and support internet, telephone, and security service teamsin information technology initiatives.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree or technical training inInformation Technologyor related fields;Prior experience in Information Technology (minimum 2 years);Knowledge of information technology;Experience in hardware assembly and maintenance;Intermediate knowledge of networks, access points, and their functionalities;Knowledge of technical English;Proficiency (minimum intermediate) in the MS Office suite and some web-based software programs (Excel, Word, and Outlook);Advanced knowledge of Windows 11 and its tools.
