Web Solutions Architect
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Web Solutions Architect to join our team. This role involves developing and prototyping JavaScript/interop-based solutions, including proof-of-concepts, to address client use cases and workflows.
Main Responsibilities
* Developing and implementing modern web frameworks for interoperable systems
* Collaborating with clients' teams to assess needs, lead projects, coach developers, and align businesses with IT
* Assisting clients in building and maintaining complex front-end applications, such as dashboards and interactive platforms, for professional users
* Liaising with internal teams to ensure project success
* Delivering presentations and engaging in live client interactions
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in front-end or full-stack development, including modern JavaScript (ES6+)
* Familiarity with TypeScript or other programming languages (e.g., .NET, Java, Python, C++)
* Proficiency with asynchronous programming (Promises, async/await), Node.js, and version control systems (e.g., Git)
* Experience in enterprise environments with established mechanisms for governance, CICD, and other systematic approaches for managing horizontal scale
* Strong client-facing experience with excellent verbal and written English fluency
* Experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, or B2B presales/account management
* Established skills in discovery, design thinking, or business analysis
* Proven ability to deliver projects under pressure in collaboration with client IT organizations
* Background in capital markets, institutional trading, or financial services technology is a plus
* Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time (ET) business hours and occasional travel to the US
