Job Description
* Evaluate existing production methods to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
* Develop and implement improved production systems, incorporating new technologies and best practices.
* Ensure that antennas meet industry standards and specifications.
* Collaborate closely with engineers, technicians, and production managers to enhance overall efficiency.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Chemical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
* Proven experience in process engineering, including analysis and optimization of production processes.
* Project management experience.
* Proficiency in process engineering software.
* Familiarity with CAD and AutoCAD.
* Knowledge of health and safety standards.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Focus on continuous improvement and implementation of best practices.
