Job Summary
We are seeking an expert in global trade regulations to join our team as a Regulatory Research Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and tracking regulatory changes across LATAM and North America.
Main Responsibilities:
* Regulatory Intelligence: Monitor legislative and regulatory updates using government websites, agencies, third-party sources, and in-country experts to stay up-to-date on customs duties, export controls, sanctions, tariff updates, and other relevant requirements.
* Leverage Your Expertise: Interpret, analyze, and document new or amended legislation with high accuracy and clarity in our internal repository.

* Knowledge of Global Trade Regulations: Demonstrated expertise in understanding legislative and regulatory frameworks across LATAM and North America.
* Research Skills: Proven ability to conduct thorough research using various sources, including government websites, agencies, third-party sources, and in-country experts.
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret and analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
