These are very exciting times and you will play a key role in this. The world of HR Operations is constantly changing with for example implementing automation solutions, AI and bots.

To support and drive these changes, we are looking for an HR Operations Analytics Consultant.

This role is part of the Global HR Operations Insights team and reports directly to the Global HR Operational Excellence and Insights Lead. You are a key partner of the Americas HR Operations leadership team and work closely with other global teams within the HR Operations organization but also broader like the Workforce Analytics Team. The goal of this team is to drive process improvements based on data which leads to a more efficient and effective organization.

**The main responsibilities are**:
Deliver insights to inform and guide leadership in order to take fact driven decisions;
Participate actively in any change or improvement discussion, contribute as expert to any internal/external challenge in your field;
Communicate clearly the results of the analysis and any proposed solutions to the key stakeholders;
Design, development and delivery of new analytics and reporting approaches in collaboration with team members from other regions or global teams.

Skills/Knowledge Required/Preferred

Bachelor or Master’s degree;
Strong English communication skills (verbally and written).

Continuos improvement working experience;
Strong project management skills & proven ability to manage complex projects;
Proven Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills;
Ability to drive for behavioral changes; Change Management skills;
Customer focused, strategic thinking, process oriented and data driven;
Demonstrated ability to work in remote teams and collaborate / partner with others from across the business.
