Product Leadership Opportunity
This is a leadership role for an experienced product designer who can spearhead the entire product design process, from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity user interface design.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end product design processes, encompassing discovery and research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design;
* Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions;
* Design intuitive interfaces for complex cybersecurity tools and SaaS products, focusing on usability, scalability, and performance;
* Conduct thorough user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and optimize user experience;
* Work with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives, technical constraints, and customer needs;
* Develop and maintain design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product suite;
* Mentor junior designers and provide constructive design critique and feedback within the team;
For this role, we are looking for a candidate with a strong portfolio showcasing complex product design work for enterprise software, particularly in security, data visualization, or technical tools.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles for B2B software, a track record of shipping successful enterprise-grade digital products, and experience working closely with cross-functional teams in the cybersecurity and SaaS sectors.
