As a senior full-stack engineer, you will work closely with our founders to shape the architecture of our platform, develop features quickly, and transform complex healthcare workflows into intuitive products.
Responsibilities
* Develop and refine full-stack platform components (backend, pipelines, frontend)
* Build AI-driven features for clinical and financial data analysis
* Design scalable and secure infrastructure on AWS cloud services
* Implement clean, observable data flows for machine learning and large language models
* Drive feature development from concept to production and influence product direction
Requirements
* Strong programming skills in modern languages
* Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform
* Background in building platforms or products from scratch
* Proficiency in SQL and data modeling
* Experience with streaming, queuing, or event-driven systems
* Startup mindset: autonomy, speed, ownership
