ROLE: Inbound Appointment Setter / SDR


Compensation Structure:

Base + Heavy Commission - OTE $25,000 - $30,000 (USD)

The Role


We are seeking Inbound Appointment Setters / SDRs who thrive on speed, clarity, and conversions. This role is NOT cold calling. Instead, you’ll respond to warm, inbound leads who’ve just submitted their information on our funding form.


Your mission?


Call them within minutes, qualify their intent, help them complete a full funding application, and book them into a closing call with our internal team.


You’re the first live voice they hear — and your energy, empathy, and clarity will determine whether they take the next step or bounce. You’re essentially our front-line closer for triaging high-intent prospects.


Responsibilities


✅ Call inbound leads within 5 minutes of form submission

✅ Guide prospects through our pre-qualification questions and application process

✅ Book qualified applicants into closing calls with internal reps

✅ Follow up with “almost ready” leads and nurture them to completion

✅ Keep meticulous notes and CRM updates on every lead

✅ Manage follow-ups and re-activation pipelines

✅ Maintain professionalism and urgency on every call


Requirements


📞 1+ year experience in B2B sales (SDR/ISA/Setter)

📊 Must be hyper-organized and able to juggle 20+ follow-ups per day

📈 Comfortable with CRM systems and high-volume lead management

🔍 Objection handling experience and strong phone communication

🎯 Goal-oriented with a proven record of hitting or exceeding targets

💼 Prior background in funding, real estate, or financial services preferred

🌎 Remote OK — U.S. based preferred for time zone alignment
