You will contribute to the Caterpillar and dealer business plan by increasing parts profitability, effective product support capability and efficiency, contributing to dealer parts and service growth, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
This position supports district office and dealers in achieving parts and service support and distribution capabilities that positively contribute to the sale of new and used Caterpillar parts, service, and products.
What You Will Do: Prioritize development activities with dealers and access resources to support.Ensure adequate capability and capacity are in place at the dealers to deliver services growth.Cultivate and maintain ongoing customer relationships.Develop in-depth knowledge of organizational products and programs, as well as capabilities of team members within the department.What You Have - Skills: Customer Focus and Relationship Management: Ability to prioritize customer needs and build strong, lasting relationships with clients and dealers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Effective Communication and Collaboration: Proficiency in conveying information clearly and working effectively with team members and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Capability to analyze situations, make informed decisions, and solve problems efficiently and effectively.
Problem Solving and Consulting: Expertise in identifying issues, developing solutions, and providing valuable insights and advice to improve operations and outcomes.
Candidates will have: Bachelor's Degree.
Advanced/Fluent English.
Top Candidates Will Also Have: Experience working with dealers and/or customers in parts operations or aftermarket commercial capacity.
Experience in warehouse management and/or supply chain operations.
Experience working on root cause and developing corrective actions.
Experience using service data and parts and service information.
