Key Account Manager - As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving business growth. About the Role - Main Responsibilities:- In Charge of Existing Clients (API Wholesale Online - API Retail Offline - WebShopping Account) Within the assigned territory. - Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities. - Acquisition of new key accounts within the assigned territory. - Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives. - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation. - Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights. - Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services. - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities. Qualifications - Position Requirements:- Strong influencing and negotiation skills, thriving in the creation and maintenance of successful long-term commercial relationships with clients and other stakeholders. - Experienced with proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment. - Solid experience and commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries. - Commercially good knowledge of business for B2B, as well as new business segments and models. - Project management skills. - Proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages is required. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
