About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Supervisor to drive our digital marketing efforts in Brazil. This role is critical in focusing on conversion, brand awareness, and campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads to ensure efficient budget performance.
* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on conversion and brand awareness.
* Implement and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns to enhance audience reach and segmentation.
* Analyze data and generate reports on campaign performance to continuously improve strategies.
* Coordinate the implementation and tracking of measurement and conversion tools, such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and GTM (Google Tag Manager).
* Collaborate with the content and design team to develop creative and effective ads.
* Monitor trends and best practices in digital marketing to apply innovations in our campaigns.
Requirements:
* At least two years of experience in digital marketing campaign management.
* Proven experience managing digital campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
* Knowledge and experience in programmatic advertising and DSP platforms.
* Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on key metrics.
* Experience using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other conversion measurement platforms.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
* Upper-intermediate or advanced English level for workplace communication.
