Sales and Marketing Specialist – E-commerce Focus

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage and scale paid ad campaigns on Facebook Ads & Google Ads, focusing on direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce brands.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce metrics (AOV, LTV, conversion rates, etc.) to drive profitability. They will optimize ad performance through data-driven decision-making, improving return on ad spend (ROAS) & cost per acquisition (CPA).

This role requires hands-on experience with e-commerce stores (Shopify knowledge is a plus), proficiency with Google Ads Editor for bulk campaign management, and strong analytical skills with a focus on revenue-driving decisions.

The successful candidate will be fluent in English (written and spoken), have experience with remarketing & dynamic product ads, and proven expertise in search engine optimization (SEO).

Bonus points for familiarity with creative strategy & ad copywriting for e-commerce, knowledge of email marketing & conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to enhance funnel efficiency, and experience working with DTC brands in apparel, streetwear, or fashion.

This is a full-time position, working remotely within the Florida time zone. The salary range is USD $1,200 – $2,000/month, with a full-time schedule.
