This role is for someone with real hands on experience in SAP Fieldglass implementations, not generic SAP consulting.If you have worked deeply with Fieldglass CWM and SOW, understand Source to Pay, and are comfortable working directly with clients, this role is for you.What You Will DoWork on SAP Fieldglass implementation and rollout projectsConfigure and support Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) and Statement of Work (SOW) processesCollaborate with procurement, HR, finance, and IT stakeholdersSupport integrations between SAP Fieldglass and SAP Ariba, SAP S 4HANA, or SAP ECCAnalyze business requirements and translate them into Fieldglass configurationIdentify risks early and propose clear mitigation actionsSupport testing, defect resolution, and UAT activities using JIRAEnsure high quality delivery with strong focus on customer satisfactionMandatory Experience6 or more years of hands on experience with SAP FieldglassProven experience in Fieldglass implementation or rollout projectsStrong configuration experience in CWM and SOWSolid understanding of Source to Pay processesExperience integrating Fieldglass with SAP Ariba and SAP S 4HANA or SAP ECCAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholdersNice to HaveExperience with SAP SuccessFactorsPrevious work in global or multi country projectsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsWork SetupLocation: BrazilWork model: 100 percent remoteClient interview requiredEnglish is mandatory for daily communicationImportantResumes must be submitted in EnglishThis role requires real SAP Fieldglass project experienceCandidates without Fieldglass hands on experience will not be considered
