Desired Qualifications

* Senior experience: 7+ years of experience as a product designer.
* Direct experience designing for B.I. or people analytics platforms;
* Background in designing data-heavy interfaces, with complex user journeys and role-based user permissions;
* Knowledge of frontend development principles (HTML, CSS) to effectively communicate with developers;
* Prior experience working with US-based startups or product teams;
* Experience facilitating design workshops, user interviews, or stakeholder alignment sessions.
