Key Responsibilities
* Scoping: You will work closely with clients to identify their project requirements, collaborating with colleagues to deliver solutions that meet their expectations for quality, speed, and cost.
* Matchmaking: Your top responsibility is to identify the most suitable linguist in our community for each client's project, ensuring that the selected professional has the relevant experience and skills required for success.
* Executing: You will act as a liaison between clients and linguists, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively, and that all parties involved are satisfied with the outcome.
Key Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably with a focus on languages or international relations.
* Fluency in English; fluency in an additional language is a significant advantage.
* Experience working with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
* Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
