We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Sourcing Professional to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and assessing top talent for various roles within our organization.
About the Role:
* Identify and assess different profiles (Technical and Non-technical)
* Proactive, dynamic team players with great organizational capacity, accustomed to handling multiple tasks and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
1. Review online information of candidates to assess their general fit
2. Contact candidates through phone calls, Skype, LinkedIn, or mail to validate interest and motivate participation
3. Schedule internal interviews, send invites, and keep system records updated
4. Interview candidates to assess qualifications by validating profile, experience, interests, commitment, and logic questions
5. Schedule and confirm technical interviews
6. Follow up with candidates throughout the process
7. Adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
Requirements:
* 2+ previous years of work experience
* Good communication skills, especially in listening and persuasion
* Time management and organization
* Flexibility and adaptability to constant changes
* Working experience in online and phone sales techniques
* Knowledge in IT Industry head-hunting
* Advanced English Level
