**Job Title**: Account Executive (English/Spanish)
**Location**: Remote (Must be available to work Eastern Standard Time hours)
**Client Regions**: United States & South America
**About the Role**:
You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and presenting to negotiating and closing—while building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients across the U.S. and South America.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the entire sales cycle: sourcing, outreach, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in both the United States and South America.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Fintech and financial services sectors.
- Conduct virtual meetings and deliver compelling sales presentations in both English and Spanish.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all client interactions using CRM tools.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless post-sale transition and client satisfaction.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- 1+ year of experience as an Account Executive or similar sales role, with a proven record of closing deals.
- Strong knowledge of consultative and solution-based selling techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work remotely and adhere to EST working hours.
- Comfortable using CRM software and digital communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce).
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in B2B sales across diverse industries.
- Knowledge of the cultural nuances and business practices in both U.S. and South American markets.
- Previous experience working in a fully remote environment.
