The IT Business/Functional Analyst is a crucial role that bridges business needs with technological solutions. Main Responsibilities:
* Business Requirements Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications for the development team.
* Solution Design and Testing: Collaborate with developers and system architects to design solutions that meet business needs.
* Stakeholder Management and Leadership: Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks in technology projects.
* Documentation and Support: Create comprehensive user documentation and training materials.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in business analytics tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, and Signavio. Experience with project management software like Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, and Asana is also required. Knowledge in SQL and experience with databases like Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL are necessary. Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, is essential. Experience with ERP systems like SAP and CRM systems like Salesforce is preferred.
Essential Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience as a business or functional analyst in an IT environment.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
* Languages: Advanced English and/or French.
