Job Description
The Executive Assistant II provides high-level administrative support to the leadership team. This position performs advanced, diversified, and confidential secretarial and administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill, and knowledge of organizational policies and practices.
Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities
1. Prepares complex business presentation documents and spreadsheets.
2. Assists with special projects, performing research and maintaining records.
3. Composes correspondence based on the general knowledge of the manager's view, about administrative matters and general office policies for manager's approval.
4. Initiates routine and non-routine correspondence, memoranda, and reports.
5. Answers and screens phone calls, providing information for both routine and complex inquiries.
6. Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements.
7. Prepares and distributes minutes of meetings.
8. Establishes and maintains a variety of files and records.
Candidate Profile
* Bachelor's Degree in a related field from a four-year college or university with five to six years of relevant experience preferred.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
* Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
* Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, able to work well under pressure.
* Excellent attention to detail.
