Job Description
Cover Food Service customer’s sales requests in a timely manner plus increasing customer universe through cold calling in order to achieve volume and revenue targets, while maintaining high customer service level of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Attend to customers as per the daily call route plan
Attain 60% strike rates of daily calls
Achieve daily volume targets
Achieve daily revenue targets
Avoid selling to overdue customers
Upselling of product mix
Achieve price target
Requirements
Computer/ MS office skills
Both Malayalam and Arabic knowledge is a plus
Experience
2+ years of experience in Telesales
