Your primary responsibility will be to design a modular, scalable, and highly customizable website theme system (primarily for WordPress). The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on breathtaking visual design and rigorous systems-level thinking. Must-haves include 7 years of professional UX/UI design experience, with a heavy focus on web design, and a world-class portfolio demonstrating experience building scalable design systems and multi-site web design. Spearhead the end-to-end design of a modular, scalable, and highly customizable website theme system (primarily for WordPress). Create a portfolio of visually diverse, industry-leading themes that are modern, professional, and tailored to our clients'' industries. Integrate SEO best practices, site speed principles, and accessibility standards into the core of the theme system.
