Role Overview
We're seeking a driven Leader to take full ownership of a partnerships & BD team (up to 8 people). You'll transform strategy into execution, build scalable processes, mentor your managers, and ensure the team consistently delivers results. This is a role for someone who thrives on leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and commercial impact—not hands-on sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop a partnerships/BD team (6–8 members).
* Plan, prioritise, and monitor performance to hit strategic targets.
* Represent the team in leadership meetings and cascade goals effectively.
* Support managers in negotiations, deal prioritisation, and partner activation.
* Handle high-level talks with strategic partners.
* Ensure smooth onboarding and growth for new hires.
* Work closely with product, compliance, and risk teams.
Requirements
* 5+ years in partnerships or BD, ideally in fintech or iGaming.
* 2+ years managing a team of 3+ people.
* Experience in high-risk industries.
* Market knowledge: CIS, LatAm, Asia.
* End-to-end partnership cycle expertise.

* Strong communicator with excellent Russian and fluent English (the role involves communication with international clients).
