Enterprise IT Specialist

Main Responsibilities
* Design, install, configure, and support various systems technologies.
* Consult with clients on integrating new technologies into existing infrastructures.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to develop business-driven solutions.
* Manage client support requests and track time against project agreements.
* Provide regular updates on project progress and participate in ongoing technical training.
This is a remote position that requires 3-4 years of experience in Systems Engineering and hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365.
