As an inside sales professional, you will be responsible for driving growth by proposing and closing new contracts, meeting and exceeding revenue goals, and ensuring client satisfaction. Building relationships with key decision-makers at small to mid-sized organizations is essential for understanding their needs and aligning services to support their goals.
In this role, you will utilize a blended approach of outreach methods such as social media, email, cold calling, and more to grow and manage the sales funnel. Collaboration across teams is also crucial for identifying new opportunities and cross-selling within existing accounts.
To succeed in this position, you'll need:
 * A bachelor's degree
 * At least 2 years of experience in consultative inside sales
 * Proven ability to meet/exceed sales quotas and close deals with confidence
 * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
 * Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
