Location: Brazil/Mexico – Working Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST)
What You’ll Do:
* Develop basic to intermediate analytics solutions that support business functionality, quality, and strategic initiatives
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting and analytics requirements
* Create documentation and business plans aligned with stakeholder needs
* Act as a liaison between IT, data science/R&D, and Product Management to support analytics models and data solutions
* Manage data from single sources or enterprise data marts, applying project management skills to complete scoped projects with guidance
* Enhance and automate current-state reporting and analytics to improve efficiency and scalability
* Support the evolution of analytical capabilities by interpreting insights and defining business needs in partnership with established teams
Experience:
* 3 years of experience.
Skills:
* Proficiency in English (Interview in English)
* Bachelor's degree in Math / Statistics / Finance / Computer Science / Data Engineering / Decision Science / Data Science
