We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team.
This is a hands-on role that requires close collaboration with engineers, customers, and sales teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
* To design and maintain on-call coverage plans that meet customer requirements.
* To own the incident management process for assigned accounts, prioritizing tasks based on customer needs.
* To create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for SRE engineers, ensuring efficient handling of common incidents and operational tasks.
