Campari Argentina SA is seeking a dedicated On Trade, Aperitives specialist to join our dynamic Business Units group management team in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Overview
This role is integral to amplifying the presence and growth of our aperitif portfolio within the on‑trade sector. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with hospitality partners, distributors, and internal teams to enhance brand recognition and create meaningful consumer engagement experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive, innovative sales and marketing strategies specifically designed for the on‑trade channel, with a focused emphasis on aperitif products.
* Establish and cultivate long‑term relationships with a broad network of bars, restaurants, hotels, and other on‑trade venues to boost brand visibility and drive sustainable sales growth.
* Partner closely with the trade marketing and commercial teams to conceptualize and execute compelling promotional campaigns, product tastings, and experiential events that resonate with target consumers and industry partners.
* Continuously monitor market trends, competitor initiatives, and evolving consumer preferences to keep the on‑trade aperitif offering competitive, innovative, and aligned with current market demands.
* Manage key accounts with precision by understanding their unique needs, providing customized solutions, and supporting their growth in alignment with the larger business objectives.
* Analyze sales performance data and gather market feedback to identify actionable insights, improve strategies, and forecast emerging opportunities within the on‑trade segment.
* Ensure adherence to all relevant company policies and legal regulations concerning alcohol marketing and sales, maintaining ethical and responsible business practices at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven track record in sales, marketing, or brand management within the beverage, hospitality, or related industries, with clear expertise in managing on‑trade channels.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with a diverse array of stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
* Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex market data and translate insights into strategic, actionable initiatives that drive business results.
* Highly self‑motivated and goal‑driven, able to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
* Fluent in Spanish and competent in English, facilitating effective communication in internal and external interactions.
* A passion for the aperitif category, with a deep understanding of current and emerging consumer trends.
